The Cumberland County Shop With a Sheriff Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization, which is a recognized tax-exempt entity and which is separate from and independent of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. This charitable organization is not a governmental entity or an aspect of a governmental unit. Donations to the Shop With a Sheriff Foundation are applied directly to benefit the less fortunate children within Cumberland County, North Carolina, and are not in any manner directed to or used by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office or the County of Cumberland itself.
